Yoga Style
Summit Yoga teaches:
- Hatha Yoga (Physical Postures)
- Gentle Vinyasa Yoga (Postures that connect with movement)
- Restorative Yoga (Supported postures that allows the body to gently stretch and completely relax without effort)
- Yin Yoga (deep stretching)
- Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) for Stress Reduction and Deep Relaxation
- Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
Each class encourages students to let go of self-imposed judgments and competition, to practice slowly, gently and mindfully, while noticing the breath.
