YOGA STYLE

Summit Yoga teaches:
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Vinyasa flow
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Adaptive Yoga
Each class is taught without judgment and competition, encouraging students to let go of self-imposed judgments and competition.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • All classes are 75-80 minutes. Senior classes are 60 minutes.
  • Arrival time is 10-30 minutes prior to each adult class.
  • Bring a yoga mat. (Mats are available for purchase.)
  • Yoga blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters are available as needed.
  • Practice on an empty stomach and a hydrated body.
  • Instrumental music is used for a soothing background.
